Taipei Feitsui Reservoir Administration

Feitsui Reservoir has long served as the primary supply of domestic water for the Greater Taipei area, successfully achieving objectives such as dam safety, flood control and disaster prevention, stable water supply, high-quality water sources, and sedimentation reduction. Taipei Feitsui Reservoir Administration deeply understands that water resource conservation must be rooted in education. Therefore, “Feitsui Reservoir Environmental Learning Center” has come up to organize various water resource education activities. Through these activities, which combine education with entertainment, the center aims at cultivating people passion for cherishing water, thereby awakening the appreciation for water resource ecology and environmental conservation. On November 17 2011, the center has been certified as the first environmental education facility in government by Ministry of Environment, and has also been evaluated the highest honor as the excellent environmental education facility in 2019 and 2024.
