In order to promote water conservation and environmental education and national major economic construction achievements, the Environmental Learning Center obtained the Environmental Protection Agency's environmental education facility certification in 2011, and accepted applications from various agencies, schools and organizations.
 
To Maintain the quality and safety of the water source, The total number of visitors per year is also limited to no more than 16,000.
The number of applications (including reservations)  of this year (2018) is no vacancy.
