Taipei Feitsui Reservoir Administration

Taipei City Government held distinguished public service story English speech competition to inspire the city government employees. Feitsui Reservoir Administration (FRA) representative, Yueh-Tan Lee, won the first prize in the first round and overwhelmed other seventeen participants in the second round to win the champion on Oct. 14, 2010.

Mr. Lee described the FRA basic staff’s hard and dangerous work during flood operation like a small grass trembling in the strong wind and drifting in the huge billows. The audiences were deeply touched by his alive and exciting speech and the hard wording and diligent impression of FRA employees is successfully delivered.
